Maybe you want to learn how to prepare and store healthy meals, maybe you are wondering what supplements you should take or are wanting to lose that baby weight. . .open to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life! Afterwards, volunteer some of your time to help the Ronald McDonald House.  They are always looking for people to led a hand in their community!

NPC Colorado kicked off the season with a Novice & Masters Championship Sunday March 18th.  Taking stage was Michelle Lococo, Natalie Little, and Sean Looney representing The Gym Miss Fits & Mayhem.  The venue at Red & Jerry's Event Center was perfect for this show.  The set up was by far one of the best. Prejudging, Sean took stage first with four gentlemen in his class.  His posing was great and he kept a smile the whole time [even after almost walking off stage too soon-way to keep your composure!].  Natalie soon followed with six or seven women in her class.  Ashley Dennis, her posing coach, called out little corrections from the crowd.  You could hear fellow team mates cheering her on as the once semi-silent center got rowdy!  Unfortunately, Michelle did not have very much competition in her class being one of two in her figure class. The Gym has sprung into action with its first competition just six days away.  After shooting with some of the other team members just two weeks ago, Natalie Little and Sean Looney are pumped to take stage.  Both team members will be hitting the stage at the NPC Denver Masters & Novice show held March 18th at 11am at River Point Event Center.  Natalie will be competing in Bikini and Sean in Physique. Though both of these individuals were already very active and loved going to The Gym, they have made major transformations within the last six months with the help of trainer, Chris Williamson, and the rest of the Miss Fits & Mayhem team.  We wish them well on and off stage. The Gym is so very excited to have a large group of male and female competitors this year. There are so many new faces and new inspirations continuing to flood its facility.   Starting us off this year is the Denver Novice & Master Championship held at River Point Event Center on March 18 th starting at 11 a.m.   Miss Fit Natalie Little and Mayhem Sean Looney will be competing in bikini and physique.   Right behind them are a handful of Miss Fits and Mayhem tearing up the NPC Colorado Northern April 14 th in figure, physique, bikini and fitness.   We look forward to their progression and pushing them each and every day. When I went to Brent Yoder of Capturesque Photography  with the idea of shooting at The Gym in Denver , CO months ago, He could not pass up the opportunity.  It was not going to be the typical fitness shoot.  I had contacted a few clients of The Gym who had exotic cars.  Voila!  We had a Yellow Ferrari and Orange Lotus Elise as our accessories.  I have to admit, I was a little nervous about the weather not cooperating as most Coloradoans know the weather can go from 85 degrees to a blizzard in the blink of an eye. I arrived at The Gym with the weather worry put to rest as it was blue skies for miles with an occasional puff of clouds.  Awaiting the arrival of the Ferrari, He set-up the lighting with a mock car.  The contrast of the building, the sky, and the brightly colored cars were amazing contrasting colors. If that was not enough to feed the eager eye, we added custom clothing by Top Her Couture as well...

When you have mastered being a mom of 4 like Jasmin Sanchez, the next adventure begins with herself.  Between working a full-time job, being a full-time mother, loving wife, and supportive friend; Jasmin found time to train for the NPC Mile High which took place June 4th at Englewood High School.  Her twelve week preparation with the help of her trainer, Chris Williamson , her team members, The MissFits, and her posing coach, Bethany Karlin ; she took 1st in both open and novice bikini classes.  She qualified for a national show and will compete later this year.
