The IFBB North Americans prove to be victorious for Colorado.  Quite a few golden gents & ladies came home this past weekend.  Say, "hello" to our newest physique pros, Chris Williamson and Jason Robinson. The weekend kicked us off with the NPC Colorado State at the Buell Theatre downtown on Saturday July 13th.  Competing in Men's Physique was trainer & coach to The Gym Miss Fits and Mayhem, Chris Williamson, Andrew Armand, and Jesse Lehmen.  Making their way to the bikini stage was Tara Harbert, Erica Cobb, Jen Padgett, and Cortney Romero.  Each of these competitors went along side some of the best bodies in Colorado while overcoming their own obstacles to get there.  Andrew will be making his way to Pittsburgh this coming weekend to compete in Masters' Nationals.  Congrats to all of them and the rest of the competitors.  Placings are as follows: Check-ins Mayhem: Chris Williamson:  2nd Open Class A, 3rd Masters 35-42 Andrew Armand: 1st Open Class A, 2nd Novice Class A, 1st & overall Masters 42+ Jesse Lehmen: 6th Open Class B Miss Fits: Tara Harbert:  9th Open Class C and Novice Class B Erica Cobb: 1st Open Class D Jen Padg...

Leaving today with trainer and friend, Chris Williamson, Karl Biermann heads to the New York Pro to compete in his second pro show.  He took sixth late last year at the Orange County Muscle Classic Pro.  Twenty other gentlemen are taking stage to hopefully get a first place and a bid to the Olympia.  This is the first year the Olympia will have Men's and Women's physique. Speaking of Women's Physique, June 1st marks the first pro show in Colorado at the Mile High.  The Gym is training hard with Cortney, Ashley, and Erica re-qualifying in bikini and newbies, Leia, Maggie, and Jen making their debut.  Men's Physique has some dashing gentlemen: Greg, Courtney, Jesse, Brian, and Adam [who also will being sharing the stage with his lovely wife Liz].  Many of these competitors will be USA bound upon qualification.  Good luck to all competitors!!!

Karl Biermann recently turned IFBB Physique Pro at the 2012 USA Championship in Las Vegas, NV less than a month ago by placing first in Class F.  He is currenly on his way to L.A. with trainer Chris Williamson [along with long time bodybuilder turned physique, Jimmy Nguyen] as he takes his first steps on a pro stage at the Orange County Muscle Classic at Veteran's Memorial Auditorium in Culver City, CA.  He is slated with 12 other competitors including Tyler Larson of Hollywood, CA, Sadik Hadzovic of Westbury, NY, and Matt Christianson of Scottsdale, AZ who took first at the Governor's Cup in March. “Good overall look on stage. Needs to bring his waist in a little bit – he can look a little wide there in some poses.” said USA Championship judges about Karl. The Miss Fits and Mayhem are all eager to see how team mate Karl does at his first stage presentation as a pro.  Good Luck Karl!

Karl Biermann and new IFBB Pro July 27-28th, 2012 the NPC USA Championship was held on the UNLV campus with over 1,100 competitors in physique, bodybuilding, and bikini. The two day event showcased some of the most beautiful bodies in the nation with many classes packed with over 30 competitors in each. Trainer Chris Williamson and the help of family, friends, and the gym family were completely excited to hear of the news. He is the first pro to come out of the gym with an amazing look that has also graced the cover of over five romance novels. Congrats! An amazing performance by The Gym Misss Fits and Mayhem at the 2012 NPC Junior National Show in Chilcago, IL this weekend.  It proved once again to be come stiff competition for all competitors as they competed for their pro cards. Chris Williamson took 14th in Physique Class A.  Adrianne Martinez did not place in Bikini Class B but was complimented by many NPC officials on her beauty and poise.  They both plan to put in some hard work and compete later this year.
