Blueberry Pancakes

1 tsp Blueberry Bolero 3 egg whites 1 cup rolled oats Pam Spray Combine oats and Bolero into mixer.  [we use a ninja] Turn on until oats are a flour like consistency Combine mix with 3 egg whites Whisk until combine Heat skillet on medium heat. Coat skillet with Pam Spray Place mixture in pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Not a blueberry fan, replace with any other Bolero falvor - strawberry, hibiscus, banana, etc.  This makes 1 pancake serving.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps with Avocado Fries

Chicken Wraps 1 lb chicken tenders 6 tbsp buffalo sauce [split into 4 tb & 2 tb]  I used Guy Fieri to cook & tossed with Frank's Red Hot 12 Romaine Lettuce leaves PAM Spray Preheat oven to 350 PAM Spray a casserole dish Toss chicken tenders in 4 tsp of sauce Place in casserole dish and cover with tin foil.  Cook for 10-15 mins. Cool.  Cube Chicken.  Toss with remaining 2 tbsp sauce. Protein Almond Cookies

 What you will need: 1 cup protein powder [I used Muscle Milk Graham Cracker.  About 3 1/2 scoops] 1 cup brown rice flour 1/4 cup almond meal 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup butter substitute [I used I can't believe it is not butter with olive oil] 2/3 cup Honey Almond Butter  [or you can use just 1 cup of regular almond butter] 2/3 cup Chocolate Almond Butter 3 tbsp Splenda sugar with Fiber 1 cup Splenda brown sugar mix 2 tb olive oil [you can use Flaxseed or coconut oil as well] 3 egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla extract [be sure to use real extract as it has no alcohol] Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place oven racks on upper and lower thirds. Whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a bowl.  Set aside. Mix softened butter, sugars, almond butter(s), and oil until creamy Add eggs one at a time until combined.  Add vanilla. Clean Strawberry-Watermelon Limeade

What you will need: Lime Sparkling water [I prefer Perrier but Wholefoods has a great one as well] 1 Lime Mio Water Additive: Strrawberry Watermelon Flavor [Usually found with powdered Crystal Light at any grocery store] In 16 oz. glass, place a few ice cubes, fill with sparkling water leaving about 1/2 in on top.  Cut lime in half and then quarters.  Squeeze one quarter into glass and drop in the rind.  Squirt Mio 2 times into glass.  Lightly stir.  Enjoy!
