Amino Boost

Amino Blast by tophercouture   With training, comes recovery.  It is important to 'lift your performance to a higher level' with a glutamine and branched-chain amino complex.   Before I go over some cut and paste about the product, let me tell you why I like it. I have tried a plethora of BCAA/Amino powders and pills.  What I love the most about this product is its mix-ability.  If you have tried 1001 different brands like me, you will notice that a lot of the complexes leave a film, chunks, or froth after shaking.  This Amino Boost has zero!!!  I know I won't get an Amino-stache and that my full serving is going into my body.  No scrapping the sides or adding more water. I also really love its crisp and refreshing taste along with a serving of glutamine.  There are quite a few brands out there that do not include Glutamine which means you usually have to buy it separately.  It will cost you almost double per serv...

PS: I Love You

PS: I Love You by tophercouture on Polyvore “Our strength grows out of our weaknesses.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson I never thought I’d want to kill myself.  All my life, I’d been a strong, independent woman, building a business from home, raising two wonderful sons, and staying happy and positive throughout.  If you’d told me I’d one day consider taking my own life, I’d have laughed and said, “You’ve got me confused with someone else!”  But after twenty years and two sons together, my husband and I decided to split up.  So what? And eventually I just wanted to stop. I couldn’t put my boys through that, but I couldn’t see another way out. So, while pretending to everyone that I was fine, I thought about it. Seriously. WHAT DO YOU PRETEND?   Coping with everything life throws at you is tough....

Marvelous Mud

Enter a world of pre-historic and modern clay findings from around the world.  If you have not had a chance to visit the Denver Art Museum, now is the time to do it.  They have an amazing ceramics exhibit [8 separate themes] which I had the pleasure of visiting this weekend.  The museum offers a lot of interactive activites and historical facts. If you have a love of pottery and culture, this is a great exhibit to visit.  I was able to read a lot about a primitive yet creatively advanced Amazon tribe.  Be hypnotized by the modern art clay room filled with abstracts as well as a wet clay exhibit.  Of course it looked more like a quarantine unit, but interesting!  You will be able to play with clay, use a potter's wheel, help build an adobe playground, as well as paint tiles.  There is fun for all ages. We also browsed some of the permanent exhibits which we missed last time.  City of Splendor is still live until the end of July which ...
