www.capturesque.com The Gym Miss Fits and Mayhem trained, diet, prepared, posed, and got their competition heads on.  This was one of the biggest local shows of the year with over 250 competitors.  The Miss Fits all competed in Bikini: Ashley Dennis, Alyssian Vissat, Ambrosia Williams, LisaPfenning, and Julie Ezcaldo.  The Mayhem all competed in Physique: Cortney Durow, Robert T., and Scott R.  For every one but Ashley and Aly, this was their first time on stage.  Each has over come some sort of frustration, fear, or obstacle to make an appearance. 2012 Class D Winner Ambrosia competed in both Novice and Open Bikini Class C and did it all as a Vegan. . .no chicken or fish for this girl.  Boy did she look amazing!  Trainer: Shaun Spiers  Suit: Top Her Couture  Hair & Make-up:On Point, Tan: Zolarium Lisa competed in both Masters and Novice Bikini.  She might be 50 but looking at her toosh and those great legs; you would n...

We came, we saw, we conquered!  The Gym Miss Fits and Mayhem spent weeks and months improving, building, leaning out, and dieting.  The prepartion for the Junior USAs was complete and along the way; they found themselves learning more than just what a national event was all about.  They found very valuable life lessons in the four day adventure. When we travel, we meet a lot of new and interesting people.  Take Dave-A gentleman whom had lost his wife only two months ago to a brain stem tumor.  In just telling me of his loss I admired his strength.  I would not be able to fight the tears.  He went on to tell me how we are a very naive society.  Many of us think "it will never happen to me" or "that only happens in the movies".  He said he was one of those people and said how we should love the people that matter most each and every day.  We may not get the chance tomorrow.     The Junior USAs offered ...

NPC Colorado kicked off the season with a Novice & Masters Championship Sunday March 18th.  Taking stage was Michelle Lococo, Natalie Little, and Sean Looney representing The Gym Miss Fits & Mayhem.  The venue at Red & Jerry's Event Center was perfect for this show.  The set up was by far one of the best. Prejudging, Sean took stage first with four gentlemen in his class.  His posing was great and he kept a smile the whole time [even after almost walking off stage too soon-way to keep your composure!].  Natalie soon followed with six or seven women in her class.  Ashley Dennis, her posing coach, called out little corrections from the crowd.  You could hear fellow team mates cheering her on as the once semi-silent center got rowdy!  Unfortunately, Michelle did not have very much competition in her class being one of two in her figure class. The two day event for the 2011 NPC North American Championship in Cleveland, Ohio proved to be more difficult than The Gym's fitness team had anticipated.  Upon talking with their coach, Chris Williamson , all their morale were high and they were excited to take stage early on.  For half of the team, this was their first national competition.  They all went out there with sass, confidence, and worked the stage.  Four of the ten competitors placed top ten: Karl Biermann, Erica Cobb, Lana Hofman, and Cortney Dennis-Romero.  Karl Biermann 3rd Place  Frank Duru  16th Place Class C  Jesse Lehman 12th Place  Matt Horton 12th Place    Class B                           Class A All of these competitors will be continuing their journey with Miami Nationals just around the corner!...

August 28th, 2011 was a very dirty day in the lives of The Gym Miss Fits & Mayhem.  Headed up by gym mom, Erica Cobb and Owner/Trainer, Chris Williamson , the team made it out to Colorado Offroad Extreme [C.O.R.E.] early in the morning.  All who attended: Chris Williamson, Erica Cobb, Jasmin Sanchez, Cortney Romero, Ashley Dennis, Jackie Morris, Lana Hofman, Crystal Bragazzi, Crystal McClure, Natalie Little, Kelly Duman, Alyssian Vissat, Karl Biermann, Frank Duru, Matt Horton, Kim Hall, Adrianne Martinez, and of course Brett Seeley.  It was a fun and creative way to support team comradery as well as lighten the pressure of Nationals just a week out.  The camoflauge and black outfits were hardly visible by the end; not a clean body left! Special thank you to C.O.R.E. staff and Colin for the use of his offroad buggy.  He is an extremely talented driver and wish him the best from all The Gym.

The Miss Fits and Mayhem head to the stage once again to compete in bikini and physique classes.  Ashley Dennis, Dawn Weigum, Adrianne Martinez, and Jackie Morris will be representing The Gym Miss Fits in Bikini Division and Frank Duru and Victor Campo will be representing The Gym Mayhem in Physique Division.  Each one of these athletes is looking to qualify for Nationals in November as well as take it all.  Who will wear the Colorado State 14K Ring?  Stay tuned . . . ** Recently, the team gained 5 new members: Adrianne Martinez, Natalie Little, Cat Zingano, Michelle Locs, and Krystal Bragazzi.   Look for them in the Colorado NPC fall shows.
