NPC Northern Right Around the Corner

We are coming down to the wire as Colorado continues to be a buzz prepping for the first national qualifier of the year. We were so pleased to see a venue change from the usual Boulder Theatre to Bunker Auditorium on the campus of the Colorado School of Mines.  This location should add the much needed space this ever growing show was needing.

With two weeks left to perk those buns, round out the shoulders, and tighten those abs; The Gym Miss Fits and Mayhem continue training daily with trainers Chris Williamson and Shaun Spiers.  It is simply amazing to see the progress not just within the last few months; but day to day.  All of the girls are now posing in their custom suits by Top Her Couture with posing coach and N.P.C. bikini competitor, Ashley Dennis.  You will be able to see her again at the Mile High with sister and team mate Cortney Dennis-Romero.

What's new and exciting at The Gym [besides the Northern]?

  • IFBB Men's Physique Karl Biermann is now sponsored by Max Muscle Mile High.  Congrats to Karl  and the rest of the team.  He will also be making a special appearance at The Northern.

  • The Gym now has 2 locations:  they are now serving downtown and uptown Denver at 1900 Grant St.  [Be sure to visit their new website and stay tuned for even MORE surprises]

  • Top Her Couture is now making competitions suits.  After 2 years of making her own suits, Aly thought "why not".  Her suits will be taking the stage with the Miss Fits in two weeks.  Stay tuned for live blog coverage April 13th, 2013.

  • Joining us out of 'retirement' is Erica Cobb and her Husband Jesse Lehmen.  They will both being doing a re-qualifying show in the next few months.
Last but not least, have an amazing Easter weekend and keep checking back for coverage of The Gym Miss Fits & Mayhem as well as show coverage.  It's going to be an awesome year!
