Empower Don't Justify
We all have wounds. Some bigger than others. Often we justify our actions, behaviors, etc. based on these wounds and then wonder why we continue to live the same life. Stagnant! Reliving the past hurts and pains day in and day out. We allow it to control our lives and define it. It becomes comfortable . . . miserably comfortable! "Often it is the deepest pain that empowers you to grow into your highest self" Let's face it, most of life is justifiable in one way or another. Does that make it right? No way. . . We all have a choice. Unless your boss is holding a gun to your head, your lover with a knife to the throat, or a road way full of mines-WE HAVE A CHOICE! We can continue to run and shove the mistakes, heartache, and dark parts of ourselves under the bed; or we can face them head on without excuses and justification. “The eyes are useless if the mind is blind.” The biggest problem I see in justification it is a powerful disengagement m
